Fontainebleau | INSEAD | Orange | Design Thinking Applied to Organisations | Honoured to work with my fellow Loic Sadoulet for one day with a team of Orange Group executives.  On the menu: Design thinking for corporates (the genuine 4step Ideo model), organisation vs structure (a bit of sociology to warm-up) and the application part: redesigning an organisation... in practice.  Nice time and perfect condistency with Frank Petetin (The Horse Whisperer) session, at the Poney Club.  Fontainebleau Forest: The Place to be by now ;-)
